Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zata Clothing Co., we carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive your products in the best possible condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer an exchange for items that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the damage or defect.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain attached and included.

  • The damage or defect must not have been caused by the customer after receiving the product.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or any other personal preference.

Items cannot be exchanged if they have been:

  • Worn or used

  • Washed or altered

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Damaged due to improper handling or care

Exchange Process

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us through our official contact details as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether the item qualifies for an exchange.

If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value or another suitable solution.

No Cash Refunds

Zata Clothing Co. does not offer cash refunds or refunds for change of mind. Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged or have a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Important Note

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video when opening their parcel. This helps us verify any damage or missing items and may be required when processing an exchange claim.
